An order on this platform reserves items that you pay for in cash when you collect them from the library. These terms explain what you get and what we ask of you.
Orders and holds
Once the library confirms your order the items are held in your name for the published hold period (72 hours by default). After that the order expires automatically and the stock returns to sale; you can order again any time.
Prices
Prices are in Iraqi dinar and all-inclusive. The price fixed in your order is what you pay on collection even if it changes later, as long as the order is within its hold period.
Collection and payment
Show your order code or QR at the counter, check the items with the staff member, then pay in cash. No prepayment and no card at any step.
Cancellation
You may simply not collect and the order expires with nothing to pay. Repeated uncollected orders may be limited to protect stock from reservations without purchase.
Exchanges
A faulty item is exchanged within seven days of collection with the receipt and in its original condition. Used notebooks and opened pens are exchanged only for a manufacturing defect.
Offers, coupons and Izdihar points
Offers apply for the period and quantities published. A coupon is single-use unless stated otherwise. Points are granted on collection and payment and cannot be converted to cash.
School and office accounts
Contract discounts and quotes are approved by the library management, and a quote is valid for the period stated on it. Deferred invoicing applies only within the approved limit.
